Pani puri with dahi chaat

INGREDIENTS

  • Puchka / Pani puri
  • Boiled potato
  • Chopped Onions
  • Curd / Dahi
  • Imli /turmaid chutney
  • Coriander/ fresh dhaniya leaf
  • Bhujiya
  • Red pepper poweder
  • Salt
  • Chaat masala

PREPARATION

    Make hole in puchka.

    Fill with boiled potatoes and onions.
  3. 3

    Cover with curd / dahi and Imli paste or chuney.
  4. 4

    Sprinkle bhujiya.
  5. 5

    Sprinkle salt chaat masala and red pepper powder.
  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander/ dhaniya.
