Creamy donut buns By Rabia tanveer Shaik

The texture and flavour of bun will as same as donuts but by adding whipping cream in middle of shaped bun donuts gives a richer flavour and yummy to eat

Serves8 to 9

Cooking Time2hours

INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup of maida ,
  • salt to taste ,
  • 1spn of sugar,
  • 1 tea spn of yeast,
  • 1/2 cup of luckwarm milk,
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Whipping cream choice of any flavour
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • Oil or butter 3tbspn

PREPARATION

    Take a bowl and add 1tea spn of yeast ,sugar,salt ,& warm milk rest for activation.

    Add maida & butter or oil .
  3. 3

    Make a form of pizza dough.
  4. 4

    Apply oil brush to dough and rest for rising or leave for 1hr.
  5. 5

    After 1hr make small equal portions &give them as ur wish of shapes &rest for more 30 minutes.

    Now deep fry all the buns both sides to a golden colour.
  7. 7

    Rest for 10 minutes & cut it into half and apply whipped Cream of your choice.

    Dust with icing sugar top on it.
  9. 9
