A favourite of Carrie Bradshaw played by Sarah Jessica Parker, this pretty, pink and sour drink became a rage in the late 90s due to the hit HBO TV show Sex and City. A modern classic, this stylish drink served in a martini glass is the perfect summer exotic for a drink with the girls or to serve at summer parties and BBQs.

Ingredients

    • 40 ml citrus vodka

    • 15 ml triple sec

    • 15 ml lime juice

    • 30 ml cranberry juice

    • ice cubes

    • lime/orange peel

PREPARATION

    Fill up the mixing glass with ice

    Add 45 ml of vodka to a mixing glass

    Add 15 ml triple sec

    Add 15 ml lime

    Add 30 ml cranberry juice and shake it well

    Take a coupe glass and add a clear ice cube

    Double strain the drink into a coupe glass

    Garnish with an orange spiral
