Coconut Laddu By Darshana

Simple yet amazing recipe

Serves4-5

Cooking Time45 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cup fresh grated coconut
  • 2 cup milk
  • Sugar as needed - I used 1/2 cup
  • 3 tblspn ghee

PREPARATION

    Take a pan. Add ghee. Add grated coconut. Roast it on low heat till it is golden brown in colour. Once it is slightly brown, add milk. Let it absorb completely. Add sugar. Continue to cook till it become sticky.

    Let it cool. Give Laddu shape. Enjoy .
