INGREDIENTS

  • For Vegetable Salad:
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 2  tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Corriander for garnish
  • For Salad Dressing:
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 green chilli, finely chopped

PREPARATION

    For Vegetable Salad:                   Cut the cabbage, onion, and tomatoes in juilenne, and keep it in a bowl.

    For Salad Dressing:                    Take a glass, Add 1/2 tsp salt Add 1 pinch sugar Squeeze 1/2 tsp lime juice Add 1/2 green chilli, finely chopped.

    Mix it well and than strain the mixture to get the salad dressing.

    Take the vegetable salad bowl and add the salad dressing to it and toss the salad.

    Vegetable Salad is ready to be tasted.
