INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour or maida
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • Hand ful coriander leaves
  • Salt as required
  • As required sesame seeds
  • As required ghee or butter

PREPARATION

    Take flour, 1 tsp oil, salt, curd, baking sofa nd baking powder, sugar and salt in mixing bowl.

    Combine properly all ingredients.Add water little by little and knead soft dough. Apply oil and Keep aside for 2 hours.

    Now apply some oil on platform or flate surface. Take dough and strech it properly.

    Take small portion form dough and roll out. Apply oil and give 3 folds. Now apply oil on side and make a ball.

    Again roll out it and sprinkle some , sesame seeds,coriander leaves.

    Sprinkle some water on hot tawa and apply some water on bottom side of roti.

    Put this roti on tawa and let flip tawa and roast this roti on gas flame. After let it cook from bottom side.

    Apply ghee or butter on roti and enjoy.
