Chocolate cake by Krutika Maharana By Cutipie

INGREDIENTS

  • Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt- pinch
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Grated Choclate - 85 gm
  • Fresh cream - 1 cup
  • Crushed choclate biscuit - little

PREPARATION

    Step 1 :- Take a bowl an add oil, curd, powder sugar. Mix it well. And take a sieve an add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Sieve it. Mix it well.

    Step 2:- Add milk and vinegar mix and then add it to our batter. Mic it well. And add melting chocolate . Cut and fold method .

    Step 3:- Take cake tin grease it well with butter or oil. Pour the batter in it.

    Step 4:- Take a kadai and preheat for 10 min in high flame. And then pour the salt and spread in it. And then place a stand on it.

    Step 5:- Put the cake tin in the kadai and cover with the lid. Cook 45 min at medium flame .

    Step 6:- Take chilled fresh cream and add powered sugar, cocoa powder, and beat it well with electric beater. When the soft picks on it.

    Step 7 : - And demould our cake. And cut into three equal parts, and then add cream same it with all.

    Step 8:- And decorate our cake with cream and some crush choclate biscuit.
