Choco dark rum cake By Tina Sukhwani

This cake is stress releasing cake which cools down your mind and body. It contains dark chocolate & rum which makes it extravagant.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1.25 cup white flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 50 GMs melted butter
  • 50 GMs melted chocolate
  • 30 ml rum

PREPARATION

    Take a bowl, but eggs (no yolk& white sugar.

    Beat them on medium speed until cloud texture appears .
  3. 3

    For dry mixture take another bowl and put white flour, baking powder & baking soda.
  4. 4

    Sieve the dry mixture and by help of cutting method slowly slowly mix the dry mixture with wet mixture.afterwards add melted butter & melted dark chocolate & rum.

    Mix them again.

    Now grease the baking dish with oil .

    Place the parchment paper .
  8. 8

    Put the cake mixture and tap so that bubbles settle down .

    Preheat for 5-7 mins afterwards, bake it for 25 mins on 180 degrees.
