Chilli cheese spring rolls By Ruchita Sharma

It melts in the mouth with a burst of cheese and oregano

INGREDIENTS

  • Tomato, carrot, cabbage, onion, capsicum (100 gms, all chopped)
  • Flour(200 gms)
  • Grated cheese, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, Red chilli sauce, oregano
  • Curd (200 gms)

PREPARATION

    Heat oil, add chopped vegetables .
  2. 2

    Make a dow of flour and curd .
  3. 3

    Many spring wraps on pan .
  4. 4

    To the chopped vegetables add sauces and salts to taste.
  5. 5

    Leave the vegetables for 15 mins .
  6. 6

    Add filling to wraps around with grated cheese and fry them.
