INGREDIENTS

  • 1tbsp ghee or oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup whole jaggery
  • Melted chocolate
  • Pistachio powder/gold leaf and Rose powder for decorate

PREPARATION

    Take a pan add 1 cup whole jaggery , 1 Tsp ghee or oil and 1 Tsp water cook on low flame, To test if chikki is crispy and ready add a drop of mixture in cold water remove it after 5 second to see if it harder, Add chopped nuts mix and remove over a parchment paper or marble surface, Roll it out Break into pieces our chikki is ready.

    Dip in it chocolate.

    Garnish with pistachio powder, gold leaf and Rose powder.
