INGREDIENTS

  • Onion and tomato according to chicken ginger garlic paste ,nutmeg, jayevitri, elaichi,daalchini, zeera litle bit,jaayefal,kaali mirch, kashmiri lal mirch powder,.dhania powder,red chilly powder,little bit haldi,garam masala ,salt to taste .and it's special ingredients are khas khas ,melon seeds,grated coconut, cashews it's make taste very very good and aromatic. And garnish with tadka of green chilli and makhaane...... :) Thank you
  • Refined oil
  • Make paste of onion ,tomato , jayevitri,jayefal,coconut,khaskhas,melon seeds and ginger garlic paste

PREPARATION

    Heat refined oil on patila first fry chicken with little bit salt and take out stock and chicken into other container ...then Again heat oil .then put all khada masala (cardamom cinnamon tezpatta zeera jayefal)then.put onion ,tomato,jaayefal, jayevitri,coconut ,khaskhas, melin seeds ,cashew ginger garlic paste then mix it fry all in little brown colour.

    Then add powdered masala specially kashmiri lal mirch for best colour then mix and put on medium low flame .excess oil are on top then put chicken stock and chicken then mix it with light hands then put some salt according to taste and garam masala then mix and put it on low flame for 15 -20 min mix ocassionally ..after 20 min put water according to you ...then one boil on high flame ..put green coriander and fried makhana and green chilli for garnishing ...then serve it and taste it and enjoy with pulao or butter Nan...very πŸ˜‹ tasty .
