chicken indo-chinese stirfry By TANNAY KHADYE

this is a fusion of indian and chinese culture with chicken stir fried with pepper, green onions, and spinach ..... served with jasmine rice

INGREDIENTS

  • chopped chicken breast ..bell pepper strips.....spinach rough chopped....and green onions thinly sliced
  • dark soy, chilli flakes, hot sauce ,pepper, salt, cornflour

PREPARATION

    take a pan...add your marinated chicken with coating of cornstarch....after 7 minutes of flash frying .... remove the chicken.

    add in the veggies in the same pan ...fry it and get some colour on it .... after which add back the chicken and give it a good stir....add cornflour mixed in water for extra creamy.... and then serve it hot with jasmine rice.
