Chicken Gravy by Nagarathna

Indian all time favourite with chicken and spices

Cooking Time25-30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 kg of chicken
  • 3 tbs of oil
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 2 large onion
  • 2 tbs of ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/4 tbs of turmeric powder
  • 2 tbs of garam masala powder
  • 2 tbs of coriander powder
  • 1 tbs of red chilli powder
  • 2 tamato
  • 1 tbs of green chilli paste
  • Salt for taste 1 cup coconut milk

PREPARATION

    Heat pan and add oil.
  2. 2

    Add the whole spices,chopped onion saute until golden.
  3. 3

    Add all the masala along with chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
  4. 4

    Add chicken pieces and coconut milk and salt for taste .
  5. 5

    Cook the same for 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6

    Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
