Chess board Cake By Hriddhima Chakraborty

A type of cake in which you will find your chess and I am sure that whoever likes to paly chess will love this

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • Purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • Chocolate ganache ( made milk chocolate and mil

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, take oil and condensed milk and whisk it.

    Now add purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder to it and again whisk together.
  3. 3

    Now add milk to it and again whisk it.
  4. 4

    Now your bater is ready. Divide this in two portion.

    Now add cocoa powder to one portion and mix it.
  6. 6

    Take two seven inch cake mould and pour the batter into the mould and spread evenly .

    Heat up a pan with water with a lid (place a wipe stand in the pan and heat up it for 5 to 7 minutes in medium heat).

    Place the mould in it .

    Cook the cakes in medium low heat for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Now let it cool completely and level the top of the cake .

    Divide the two cakes in two layers.

    Cut out 3 circles in each layer .

    Then spread chocolate ganache in the gap of a plain cake and place the circle of chocolate cake in the gap of plain cake and do the same with the the another cake .

    Then place the centrepiece of the chocolate cake in the plain cake and do the same thing with the another cake .

    Spread chocolate ganache over the layers of cake and place the layers one after another .

    Now cover the cake with chocolate ganache and dress it with chess pieces ( made of milk chocolate and white chocolate).

    Now you cake is ready to serve.
