Cheese Tortellini in Garlic Butter Sauce By vinay jain

It is recipe from Italian Cuisine and it is really special to me as I first time tried fresh pasta and it came out really good. It is really easy to prepare and taste delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gm Refined Flour
  • 100 ml Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 gm Cheese
  • 50 gm Butter
  • 25 gm Olive oil
  • 25 gm Shallots
  • 50 gm Garlic
  • Pepper to taste
  • 10 ml White Wine
  • 10 gm Basil
  • 10 gm Parsley

PREPARATION

    Take refined flour, salt and add water step by step and knead a soft dough and let the dough rest.

    After the dough is ready, roll it into a thin sheet and cut into circles and fill one half with cheese and turn the other half covering the cheese and make a hat like shape.

    In a sauce pan keep water for boiling and Tortellini, once it is boiled add the Tortellinis.

    Till the time pasta is boiling in a pan take butter, oil add shallots, garlic, white wine let the cook and caramelized, then add salt ,pepper, cooked pasta and toss everything well.

    Take a pasta plate, place the Cheese Tortellini, pour the sauce, garnish with chiffonades of Basil and sprigs of parsley.
