INGREDIENTS

  • 500g boiled baby potatos
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 5-6 kokam
  • 5-6 dried whole red chilli
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted dry coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted dry cumine powder
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • Half teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 pinch of red food colour
  • (Tadke ke liy1 teaspoon muster seeds, 1 teaspoon cumine seeds, some Curry leaves

PREPARATION

    (Make a fine paste with soaked wateof dry whole red chilli, garlic cloves and kokam (soaked in a hot water 3-4 mi.

    In a pan, heat oil.

    Once oil is heated.

    Add tadka ingredients.

    Add fine paste of dry whole red chilli, garlic cloves and kokam(keep on low flam.

    Add ketchup, salt , chat masala, red color, cumine powder and coriander powder (roast it till 2 mi.

    (Add water as per your choicmix it very well .

    Add bolied baby potatos (cut in a half piece.

    Mix....Mix... (Till 2 mi.
