INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Carrot
  • 5 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Elaichi
  • Amul ghee
  • Cashew nuts
  • Raisins

PREPARATION

    In a kadai ,heat little ghee , then add grated carrot , keep on stiring carrot till it's little soft ....stir it for 10 -15 minutes.

    Then add 5 cups milk , add 1 cup sugar , elaichi powder , cashew nuts , raisins.....
  3. 3

    Keep on stiring it on low flame for 10 minutes .......put off the flame .....our carrot kheer is ready .
