INGREDIENTS

  • Capsicum.............2 nos.
  • Beans/ peas......50 gms
  • Boiled rice.........2 cups ( basmathi/ raw rice)
  • Green chilli..............5 nos
  • Coriander leaves........a bunch
  • Cashew nut..,..........10 GM's
  • Ghee 2 TSP.
  • Oil.............. sunflower oil 25ml
  • Salt ...........As per taste.

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Burn capsicum in flame till becomes black.
  2. 2

    Peel the outer layer of capsicum. That is Burnt skin.
  3. 3

    Paste capsicum, coriander leaves and green chillies in a mixer without water.
  4. 4

    Now take a kadhai, and pour ghee and fry cashews and keep aside.
  5. 5

    With remaining ghee and pour oil and heat up .
  6. 6

    Add the paste( capcicum, coriander leaves,and greenchilli).

    Saute till the oil separates.
  8. 8

    Now add peas/ beans( boileto the paste and saute for 2 mins.

    Add boiled rice and mix with it.

    Wait till the rice mixed with everything and burst.

    Add cashew nut.
  12. 12

    Not last but least add salt as per your taste.

    Decorate with coriander leaves.

    Enjoy with chips.
