They are baked in a giffy and without condensed milk and with readily available ingredients at home.

Serves6 to 7 people

INGREDIENTS

  • Half cup all purpose flour or maida
  • Half cup cocoa powder
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of amul butter or any salted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Half tablespoon baking soda
  • Half cup sugar
  • 3/4th cup cooking chocolate
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon of coffee powder

PREPARATION

    In a pan melt butter and cooking chocolate. Keep some of the chocolate chunks aside to garnish while baking.

    Take another bowl and sift dry ingredients such as maida, cocoa powder, coffee powder and baking powder. Mix well and keep aside.

    Beat 2 eggs, sugar and fold your dry ingredients in this bowl.

    Pour in milk and mix well .

    Pour it in a baking dish lined with a parchment paper, Garnish with remaining chocolate chunks.

    Bake it in a preheated oven for around 170 degrees for 30 minutes or untill a toothpick comes out dry.
