INGREDIENTS

  • Egg boiled
  • Brinjal
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garam masala
  • Chilli powder
  • Water
  • Onion
  • Oil
  • Panchfuron
  • Ginger paste
  • Corriander leaves for garnishing

PREPARATION

    Egg boiled.

    Peeled boiled egg.
  3. 3

    Onion cut into long size or small size.
  4. 4

    Cut brinjal into small pieces.
  5. 5

    Heat kadhai.
  6. 6

    Add oil.
  7. 7

    When oil is heated, then add panchfuron and red chilli.
  8. 8

    Add onion.
  9. 9

    When onion is fry then add brinjal.
  10. 10

    Fry brinjal.
  11. 11

    Now add boiled egg and fry well.

    Fry all ingredient. Add ginger paste.

    Add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala.

    Fry well.

    When frying is complete add water. Now it's cooked well.

    When it's done. Serve hot.
