INGREDIENTS

  • Bread
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Milk powder 1cup
  • Saffron (केसर)
  • Sugar 2 spn
  • Chopped dryfruits
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 spn

PREPARATION

    Take a pan .

    Boil milk.
  3. 3

    Aad milk powder sugar cardamom powder saffron and chopped dryfruits .

    Boil only for 2 minutes ,rabdi is ready.

    Cut Bread slice into round shape with the help of cutter or glass.

    Take a round bread slices in the servicing plate put rabdi upon it .
  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped dryfruits .

    Tasty rasmalai is ready to eat .
