Bread Mawa roll By Nirmala

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of bread
  • 1l milk
  • Rose petals for garnishning
  • 10 -12 kesar
  • 100g sugar
  • 4 tablespoon milk powder
  • 5 tablespoon rice flour

PREPARATION

    For mawa, in a pan , boil 750ml milk then add rice flour.

    Stir continously to avoid lumps .

    Now add milk powder. Mix well.

    Then 2 tablespoon sugar.
  5. 5

    For rabdi, in a pan, add left over milk .
  6. 6

    Add sugar, milk powder and kesar.
  7. 7

    Now cut the brown sides of bread and roll it with the help of belan or roller .

    Then take some mawa and make it in cylindrical shape and put it on one side of bread .

    Roll the bread with mawa .

    Now pour rabdi on it .

    Garnish it with some rose petals.
