It's basically a Turkish dish but in turkey it is made up of nonveg ,mince of any meat .but for India I made a Indian version

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch of spinich
  • 200 gm paneer

PREPARATION

    Make a dough of 225 gm maida ,salt and 100 ml water and 10 gm Yeast..make a soft dough .

    Make a filling of finelly chopped spinach with Little garlic and green chilli after start cooking the filling when all the water evaporate add grated panner let the mixture cool down completely add paneer to it ,roll the dough make two equal size chapati layer 100 gm soften butter in between both the layer roll the dough a little and allow it to rest in fridge for 30 mins now the roll the dough cut the equal size triangle of 8 fulfill the stuffing and rool it ..bake it for 45 mins or till golden@180deg .
