INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp fennel
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2-3 green chilli
  • 1/2 red chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander as per taste
  • Some water as per mixture

PREPARATION

    Sieve gram flour in a vessel and all the spices, green coriander and green chilli to it.

    Now add water little by little to this mixture and prepare it's .
  3. 3

    Now heat the pan and grease it by adding oil .
  4. 4

    When the pan gets heated well add thin better of gram flour it and spread it well.
  5. 5

    When the chilla is cooked on one side ,add oil ,turn it and shake it on the other side .

    Serve hot besan chilla with tomato sauce and green chutney .
