Baked Bada Pav Bread By Pratibha Varshney

Bada pav baked is good option for different taste of bread .

Serves2-3

Cooking Time1 hour

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of refined flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup of luck warm water
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt 1/4cup milk
  • For stuffing
  • 2 Big boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled pea
  • 1 tbsp green chili, ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Maggi masala magic
  • 1 sp ginger garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dry Red garlic chutney
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 garam masala
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Coriander green
  • 1 tea cup Gram flour
  • 2-3 Tbsp Refined oil
  • Green chutney

PREPARATION

    In a bowl take hot water add sugar mix well ,water became Luke warm add yeast mix it & covered for 10 minutes .

    In a large vessel add Refined flour add 1/2 cup water add yeast water make a dough and need for 5mins minimum,keep aside.

    For stuffing .

    In a kadhai on medium flame add Refined oil add chopped ginger garlic paste fry 1,2 min.

    Add boiled mesh pea& potatoes & salt green chili, and all dry masala powder & cook for 5 min on low flame.

    Add coriander leaves & cool down the mixture and make balks and give bada shape.

    Take another bowl add gram flour make a thick paste add little water add salt.now dip bada ball and deep fry 1 by 1.

    Bada is ready keep a side.

    Now make outer layer of bread ,take a dough divide into 11 equal parts make ball and roll out with roller pin ,take one poor cut in to the middle spread green chutney & Sprinkle dry red garlic chutney and place one Bada on it and roll out ,reapet this process makde 8 Bada roll ,3poori keep a side made rose shap flower for middle part .

    Now arrange bread on the Tavares & gave milk wash .

    Preheat oven are 180 °bake the bread for 25 -30 minutes. After that give butter brush on the bread & serve hot with green chutney & sauce.
