INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup bajra aata
  • Salt as required
  • 1 cup Methi leaves
  • Few chopped coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    Chopped fresh methi and coriander leaves. Take a bowl add both the flour. Add methi and coriander leaves.

    Roll as roti press methi leaves..Make roti with help of flour. And cook them both the sides with ghee. Serve with pickle or any kadi.

    Serve with kadhi or pickle..
