INGREDIENTS

  • One big ripe Avocado, homemade cottage cheese -1 cup
  • Tit bits to decorate -as per choice-pomegranate seeds ,mango slice ,gold dust. ,some icing sugar

PREPARATION

    Peel ripe Avocado,blend the pulp with cottage cheese in a blender .

    When fine and fluffy , take out and set in a glass bowl which is lined with desi ghee .

    Refrigerate till frozen ; about 20 minute.

    Takeout and the hardened pulp is extracted from the bowl.

  5. 5

    Place it inverted on a plate and decorate.

    Relish frozen or after little soft .
