Apple halwa with lachedar rabdi By Darshana sanghvi

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 2 cups grated apple
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup crumbled white pedas/ khoya
  • Pinch cardamom powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • For lachedar rabdi 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milkpowder
  • 2 tbsp tutti frutti
  • 2 tbsp dryfruit powder
  • Pinch cardamom powder

PREPARATION

    In a pan heat ghee ,saute grated apple for 5 minutes.

    Then add milk to it ,stir till milk gets absorbed and grated apple gets soften.

    Then add crumble of pedas mix all well ,add pinch cardamom powder.

    Serve this apple halwa with lachedar rabdi by pouring this hot rabdi on it with garnish of tutti frutti.

    Here I used pedas ,if u use khoya instead after adding khoya ,mix all well ,add sugar ,stir till apple halwa forms a lump and leaves sides of pan.

    To make lachedar rabdi boil 2 cup milk till it reduces to 1 cup milk then add sugar ,stir till it dissolves ,add milkpowder,mix all well,add tutti frutti,dryfruit powder,cardamom powder,mix all well.
