Aonla laddo By Savita Singhal

INGREDIENTS

  • 400gm grated aonla
  • 400gm sugar
  • 20 gm pure ghee
  • 2 pinch cardimum powder
  • 20 gm Alum powder

PREPARATION

    Big size aonla wash,grate and soak in water by adding alum.

    After 20 hours wash aonla shreads twice.
  3. 3

    Boil water,add aonla shreds and for 3 minutes.
  4. 4

    Strain with white muslin cloth and measure the weight.
  5. 5

    Take equal amount of sugar,and cook in kadhai,stir continuously .
  6. 6

    When all water evaporate, add ghee and close the gas.
  7. 7

    Add cardimum powder, Maka laddo and cover with coconut powder .
