INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • For the filling:_ 2 potato boiled
  • 2 finely chopped green chilli
  • 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp or to taste salt
  • 2 tsp or as required butter
  • 1/2 tsp or as required kalonji
  • 1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    Sift the flour and salt,baking powder, baking soda and mix.to this add curd and knead till it all comes together.

    Add oil and knead to a shoft dough. cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for half hour.
  3. 3

    Make the filling.mix together boiled mash potatoes add all the ingredients mentioned. divide balls and keep aside. after half hours you will see the dough is soft and smooth. divide balls, flatten each balls and stuff the filling.cover the side.

    Dust little flour and roll it into a round dish with rolling pin.add little drop of water on the kulcha sprinkle kalonji and coriander levels so that it stick on the kulcha.

    Heat a tava on one side of the kulcha put few drops of water and place that side down on the hot tava.cook on a medium flames till is brown and cooked on both sides.

    Apply a butter and serve hot with chole.
