Chocolate caramel cake with fruit shrikhand

INGREDIENTS

  • 1+¼cup maida
  • ¾cup sugar
  • 1/4cup oil
  • 1 cup dahi
  • ½tsp baking soda
  • ½tsp baking powder
  • ½tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1cup sugar
  • ½cup fresh cream
  • 1tbsp butter
  • ½cup hung curd
  • ¼cup sugar
  • Mixed fruits cooked in sugar
  • 1tbsp milk powder

PREPARATION

    For cake mix ¾ cup sugar and oil and curd together .

    Now add dry ingredients maida baking soda baking powder cocoa powder.

    Place the batter in cake tin and bake for 35-40 min 180c.

    For caramel melt 1 cup sugar till amber colour .
  5. 5

    Now add fresh cream and butter mix until smooth.
  6. 6

    For fruit shrikhand mix hung curd sugar milk powder .
  7. 7

    Now add sugar cooked fruits in shrikhand .

    Now assemble the dessert first put cake then apply caramel on cake then fruit shrikhand and then roasted nuts repeat the process till 3 layer.

    Chill and serve.
