All you need to visit Germany is a valid Schengen visa as it has lifted all COVID-19 restrictions for tourist entry.

Unlike the other countries on the list, South Korea requires international travellers to undergo an RT-PCR test within 72 hours of entry into the country. This is regardless of vaccination status.

Previously, tourists visiting Egypt had to be fully-vaccinated or take a PCR test 72 hours before travelling, but not anymore. All tourists are exempted from mandatory tests and wearing masks.
