Everything You Need To Know About Taapsee Pannu's Upcoming Thriller 'Dobaaraa'


​Taapsee Pannu's 'Dobaaraa' is all set to release in theatres on August 19, 2022. Going by trailer, this thriller drama is set to take you on a time machine and keep you glued to your seats.

​The plot revolves around a woman who gets an opportunity to save the life of a 12-year-old boy who witnessed a death during a thunderstorm, 25 years ago.

​Taapsee Pannu plays the role of the protagonist 'Antara Bhatt'. Taapsee was last seen playing the famous cricketer, Mithali Raaj in the movie 'Shabaash Mithu'.

​Pavail Gulati stars alongside Taapsee and plays the character 'DCP Chandan Yadav'.The duo was last seen in the hit movie 'Thappad' where Pavail plays the abusive husband.

​'Dobaaraa' is directed by veteran filmmaker Anurag Kashyap who is known for his edgy and off-beat movies such as 'Gangs Of Wasseypur' and 'NH-10'.

​'Dobaaraa', which means 'again' in English, is a remake of the Spanish thriller 'Mirage' starring Adriana Ugarte and Chino Dharin.

​The movie premiered at the London Film Festival (LIFF) in June this year and is now all set for its global release on August 19, 2022.
