Ingredients For Besan chilla Recipe

  • 1 cup gram flour

  • 1 pinch asafoetida

  • 1/2 tsp fennel

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 2-3 green chilli

  • 1/2 red chilli powder

  • Salt as per taste

  • Coriander as per taste

  • Some water as per mixture

How to make Besan chilla Recipe?

  1. Sieve gram flour in a vessel and all the spices, green coriander and green chilli to it
  2. Now add water little by little to this mixture and prepare it's
  3. Now heat the pan and grease it by adding oil
  4. When the pan gets heated well add thin better of gram flour it and spread it well
  5. When the chilla is cooked on one side ,add oil ,turn it and shake it on the other side
  6. Serve hot besan chilla with tomato sauce and green chutney
