Ingredients For Besan chilla Recipe
1 cup gram flour
1 pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp fennel
1/2 tsp cumin
2-3 green chilli
1/2 red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
Coriander as per taste
Some water as per mixture
How to make Besan chilla Recipe?
- Sieve gram flour in a vessel and all the spices, green coriander and green chilli to it
- Now add water little by little to this mixture and prepare it's
- Now heat the pan and grease it by adding oil
- When the pan gets heated well add thin better of gram flour it and spread it well
- When the chilla is cooked on one side ,add oil ,turn it and shake it on the other side
- Serve hot besan chilla with tomato sauce and green chutney
