Ingredients For Sandwich Recipe

  • For Sandwich

    • 2-3 tbsp oil

    • 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)

    • ½ cup chopped green chillies

    • 1 tsp turmeric powder

    • 1 tsp red chilli powder

    • 1 tsp chaat masala/ aamchur powder

    • 1 cup sliced onions

    • freshly chopped coriander

    • 2-3 boiled and mashed potatoes

    • Salt to taste

    • Butter to grease the sandwich press and grease the bread

    • 4 slices of bread

    • cheese and ketchup as required

How to make Sandwich Recipe?

  1. In a pan, heat oil, add jeera, chopped green chillies, haldi, red chilli powder, chaat masala or amchur powder salt, sliced onions and saute. Add coriander, mashed potatoes, water and saute again.
  2. Add the aloo filling between two slices of bread.
  3. Heat the sandwich press on the gas and add some butter to grease the press.
  4. Place the sandwich in the press and toast until the sandwich turns crisp from both sides.
  5. Serve the sandwich with ketchup/cheese/chutney!
