Ingredients For Mix veg sabji Recipe

  • 2 medium sized chopped potatoes

  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum

  • 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots

  • 1/2 cup chopped French beans

  • 100gm paneer cuted in cubes

  • 1/2 cup green peas

  • 1 inch chopped ginger

  • 1-2 chopped green chillies

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 chopped tomatoes

  • to taste Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp Coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp Garam masala

  • 2 tsp Fresh chopped coriander for garnishing

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

How to make Mix veg sabji Recipe?

  1. Heat oil in a pan or kadahi over medium heat
  2. Add cumin seeds, when cumin starts to pop up add finely chopped ginger and finely chopped green chilli along with chopped onions.
  3. Futher cook the tomatoes for 4-5 minutes over medium high heat till they start becoming pulpy. stir them once or twice and reduce the heat to minimum.
  4. Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
  5. Add all the chopped mixed vegetables. Cover the lid and keep the heat at a minimum.
  6. If vegetables are cooked through add pareer and mix well. Then add garam masala powder and serve in a serving dish. And garnish with fresh chopped coriander. Serve mix vegetable sabzi with fresh paratha or Roti.
