PeeCee and Nick welcomed their first child via surrogacy in January this year. On January 22, they made an official announcement, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family.”
According to a TMZ report, the couple have named their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. Reports suggest that Malti was born on January 15 around 8 pm in a San Diego hospital.
The name 'Malti' originates from Sanskrit and translates to a small fragrant flower or moonlight. Marie is of Latin origin that means star of the sea.
The couple haven’t announced their daughter’s name officially yet.
