On Bollywood actor Yami Gautam Dhar’s birthday, we give you a sneak peek of her fitness and diet regime.
Yami loves working out outdoors with minimum or no equipment. Her fitness routine changes with time to time and it is a combination of functional training and cardiovascular exercises.
Yami is a self-confessed foodie and desserts are her weakness. “I try my best to maintain consistency in my eating habits – eating it all, but in moderation.”
She loves to eat nuts or steamed foods such as idli or dhokla if she feels hungry between meals.
Warm chocolate brownies, chicken tikka, momos, Chettinad-style curries, and rajma chawal are two of her top favourite foods.
“I avoid sugar, pre-cooked meals and processed foods as much as possible,” the actor mentions in the interview, saying that this mantra has really made a difference.
After a hectic day at work, Yami loves to unwind with a good, relaxing massage. She also loves binge-watching one of the latest movies and web-series.
