​On Bollywood actor Yami Gautam Dhar’s birthday, we give you a sneak peek of her fitness and diet regime.

​1. Workout

​Yami loves working out outdoors with minimum or no equipment. Her fitness routine changes with time to time and it is a combination of functional training and cardiovascular exercises.

​2. Eating in moderation

​Yami is a self-confessed foodie and desserts are her weakness. “I try my best to maintain consistency in my eating habits – eating it all, but in moderation.”

​3. Hunger pangs

​She loves to eat nuts or steamed foods such as idli or dhokla if she feels hungry between meals.

​4. Favourite foods

​Warm chocolate brownies, chicken tikka, momos, Chettinad-style curries, and rajma chawal are two of her top favourite foods.

​5. Foods she avoids

​“I avoid sugar, pre-cooked meals and processed foods as much as possible,” the actor mentions in the interview, saying that this mantra has really made a difference.

​6. Unwinding

​After a hectic day at work, Yami loves to unwind with a good, relaxing massage. She also loves binge-watching one of the latest movies and web-series.
