In February 2022, Sony Pictures India announced that India's OG desi superhero 'Shaktimaan' will be debuting on the silver screen soon. Rumours suggest that it will either be headlined by Ranveer Singh or Akshay Kumar.
Based on the life of Guru Dronacharya's son, the action and drama-based film 'The Immortal Ashwathama' will feature Vicky Kaushal as the male lead. The film will go on floors soon, and expected to release in 2023.
Father-son duo Rakesh and Hrithik Roshan will be introducing the fourth part of their popular Krrish franchise. The film is expected to release in the end of 2022 or first half of 2023.
Director Ali Abbas Zafar and superstar Katrina Kaif will be coming together yet again to give India another female superhero. Katrina will be the only lead in the film and will be training for martial arts before the film goes on floors.
