Barbie-inspired fashion has been bubbling for a while now. The pink aesthetic has become a fashion staple and donning it in the hottest hue is the latest craze.
Aptly dubbed Barbiecore, the trend began popping up on feeds in April when images of Margot Robbie starring as the lead in the upcoming 2023 live-action film, 'Barbie', were unveiled.
As the Internet goes gaga around Barbiecore, here are some over-the-top looks sported by celebrities that would usually be reserved for a Barbie doll.
Kim Kardashian swapped her regular black athleisure look for pantaboots with a cropped zip-up hoodie and an embellished Balenciaga bag, all in pink.
Janhvi Kapoor donned a glittery pink outfit with a plunging neckline; this look is definitely not for the faint-hearted.
