Shivoham Reveals Ranbir Kapoor's Diet And Fitness Secrets

​When not impressing us with his acting chops, 'Brahmastra' actor Ranbir Kapoor is busy making our jaws drop with his fitness game.

​In conversation with Zee Zest, Ranbir Kapoor's fitness trainer Shivoham aka Dheepesh Bhatt revealed a few fitness secrets of the actor. He also mentioned that the actor's routine changes based on the role he is playing and what it requires.

​1. Strength Training

​He practices strength training three days a week. This type of workout helps you manage/lose weight and be a stronger, leaner, and healthier version of yourself.

​2. Weight Training

​A type of strength training, weight training involves using weights for resistance. It helps build muscle mass and strength to protect your joints from injury.

​3. Crossfit

​Ranbir also alternates between CrossFit and functional training. CrossFit consists of Olympic lifts, squats, deadlifts, and several other movements. It helps improve physical strength and manage weight, among other benefits.

​4. Functional Training

​This type of training is known to increase coordination, balance, and posture, and improve muscle strength.

​5. Diet

​Earlier this year, while he was shooting for an upcoming rom-com, Ranbir was on a ketogenic diet. But currently, his diet is a well-balanced one with protein, carbs, and fats.

​Shivoham also mentioned that Ranbir is dedicated to his fitness routine. He is consistent with his workouts and is quite disciplined. And that consistency helps him achieve good results.
