Shantnu and Nikhil's new collection, Nomad, brought avant-garde style sensibility alongside maintaining ease and functionality. The gender-neutral collection included rough knits that were suited to breezy beachside, voluminous puffer jackets with leather fringes, huge bags and vintage fisher hats.
Pret designer duo, Alpana Neeraj’s collection was balanced with subtle colour pops in reds, pinks and whites. The design house maintained its signature aesthetic of structured and tailored silhouettes that came with cut-out sleeves and 3D geometry.
Titled ‘Hodophilic’, Rara Avis by Sonal Verma's collection featured silhouettes with tonal embroidered details that stand out with the use of old traditional Indian techniques. The collection is an easy and contemporary one with voluminous shirts with palm trees embroidered - basically clothing that makes you feel alive.
Renowned couturier JJ Valaya launched his all-new bridge-to-luxury brand, JJV, with an eco-conscious collection inspired by the travels of Maharaja Jagatjit Singh of Kapurthala. Titled Rumeli - the collection featured eclectic patterns without the use of any heavy embroidery crafted from a combination of dupion, georgette, organza silks and silk blends. Actress Mrunal Thakur played the muse for this collection.
Designer Samant Chauhan’s collection, Winter Rain, was a homage to absence and melancholy. His line featured metallic embroideries paired with Chanderi silk blended with organza and cotton, offering an experimental spin to it. Actor Manoj Bajpayee was the showstopper for Chauhan.
Jewellery and accessories brand, Outhouse Jewellery's collection titled ‘OH Dopamine’ was a free-spirited take on jewellery for women and men with grunge aesthetics. Focussing on a variety of statement neckpieces, brooches and rings that came with pearls, resin, seed beads, feathers, rhinestones, raffia and even enamel.
Designer Varun Bahl’s collection, Quintessential, came with upcycled patchworks and signature floral embroidery. The collection also focussed on mixing denim with sequin, hand embroidery with fur and bridal veils used in a contemporary avatar. Fashion content creator, Masoom Minawala was the showstopper wearing a pink lehenga with a tulle fabric blouse.
