9 Looks That Summarise Deepika Padukone's Style Evolution

Actor Deepika Padukone started her career in the Bollywood industry with her debut film Om Shanti Om opposite Shah Rukh Khan in 2007. During the movie premiere, held in London, she showed up in a complete traditional look, flaunting a red velvet lehenga with a dupatta and a bindi.

In this look from the 63rd Cannes Film Festival held in France in 2010, Deepika Padukone once again rocked a traditional Indian attire on an international platform. Here she carried an ivory saree with a bun, bindi and a pair of earrings.

As gorgeous as Deepika looks in ethnic wear, she also rocks the Sunday casuals. In this look, she carries a navy-blue jumpsuit with a black tote bag, and a pair of flats. Her no makeup make-up look and casually done hair were college fashion goals back in the day.

Deepika pairs her orange top and white shorts with a pair of watch, a couple of bracelets and a ring. Keeping the makeup nude as always, she goes for wavy hair this time. Her otherwise simple look shifts the entire focus towards her accessories.

Be it open hair, bun, or half tied hair, Deepika can carry any hairstyle like a pro. In this picture she is in a white halter neck top and a blue skirt with nude makeup and half tied hair.

As she grew in the industry, delivering back-to-back hits, Deepika’s style statement became chicer. Middle parted low ponytail done to perfection, with a white off-shoulder dress, not to mention sleek earrings and maroon lip paint, here the entire look is date night goals.

In this look from 70th Festival de Cannes, Deepika opts a for a dramatic look with a teal green half shoulder gown, green eyeshadow and statement earrings, giving the leading ladies of Hollywood a tough competition on the red carpet.

A regular at the Cannes, the actor keeps giving her fans OTT styling inspiration. Back in 2018, she walked the red carpet in this fuchsia pink tulle gown by Ashi Studio, turning eyes at the premiere of Ash Is Purest White.

Taking tulle to another level in this lime gown by Giambattista Valli. The pastel pink floral turban by Emily-London adds whimsy to the look.

One of her latest looks include, this one from the premiere of 83. Deepika is wearing a custom black gown by Gauri and Nainika, with hair and make-up by Anil C and Yianni Tsapatori, respectively.
