We caught up with celebrity hairstylist Adhuna Bhabani at the preview of Dyson x Arpita Mehta for Lakme Fashion Week X FDCI 2023, to understand hairstyle trends that are going to rock this summer.
Adhuna revealed that bangs will continue to be popular. "In India, people love to hold onto their hair length, and so bangs are something that they experiment with. Bangs are a great way to change your look, and don't require too much commitment," she explained.
The celebrity hairstylist further shared dos and don'ts for bangs that you must take note of.
Many of us have an affinity towards DIY, but when it comes to bangs, Adhuna suggests don't cut them yourself, no matter how simple that seems.
If you want to maintain your bangs, ensure that you get them trimmed from time to time.
Bangs can be used to draw attention to and enhance a certain feature of your face. For instance, if you have pretty eyes, cut the bangs till the top of your eyebrows to draw attention to the eyes.
Don't opt for a certain type of bangs because it looks good on someone else's face. Understand your own features and get a personalised look.
