​Anusha explains how aloe vera has helped keep her skin: “I have suffered from Melasma, acne, and even dullness at times. Aloe vera has helped me get through it all; it is the perfect base before I use any skincare products. Keep it in the fridge and it acts as a cooling, healing mask for the skin.”

​The beauty and fashion influencer can't emphasise enough the importance of letting one’s skin breathe. So, Anusha ensures she removes every bit of make-up on her face and neck, washes her face, and moisturises it before getting to bed.

​Sunscreen Every day!

​Indoors or outdoors, summer or winter, Anusha applies sunscreen religiously every day to protect her skin from sun damage. She also believes that using sunscreen daily helps slow down the skin’s ageing process.

​Staying Hydrated

​The VJ-turned-entrepreneur drinks three litres of water a day to keep her body hydrated. She urges her fans and followers, however, to avoid drinking too much water than required since it may cause bloating.

​Regular exercise or any physical activity, at the gym or home, is another point Anusha swears by to help achieve glowing skin. “It helps flush out toxins and makes your skin glow from within. It also makes you feel lighter and happier,” she says
