Sidharth Malhotra turns 38 on January 16, 2022, and on this occasion, we let you in on fitness lessons to learn from the Bollywood actor.
The actor’s fitness training routine is changed/altered based on the role he is preparing for. For instance, for ‘Shershaah’, he would practice high-altitude training with army men at Kargil and carry a 20 kg backpack up and down the hill to build stamina and strength.
Sidharth practices a combination of indoor and outdoor workouts including yoga, cardio, weight training, and gymnastics. This is not only to keep challenging the body time and again, but also to avoid monotony.
The actor doesn’t need a gym to work out, he improvises and works out wherever he is. For instance, practising inversions on gymnastic rings out on a tree and performing yoga at the beach.
Sidharth loves cycling as part of his fitness routine. It can not only strengthen bones but also help in muscle training, flexibility, and joint mobility.
The actor often practises aqua training exercises, which is basically a variety of cardiovascular exercises performed in a water body. It not only strengthens but also tones muscles all over the body.
The Bollywood actor has completed a decade in the Hindi film industry and was last seen in Indra Kumar’s ‘Thank God’ alongside Rakul Preet Singh and Ajay Devgn.
Apart from his fitness and acting game, Sidharth has time and again been in the news for rumours of his wedding with ‘Shershaah’ co-star Kiara Advani.
