One of Bollywood’s favourite star couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are finally married, and the internet is buzzing with updates.
They power couple tied the knot at Ranbir’s house Vastu in Pali Hill and in attendance were their close friends and family. If you’re done staring at the adorable wedding pictures that Alia posted on Instagram, then here’s an update on who all attended their wedding.
Ranbir’s mother and veteran actor Neetu Kapoor was naturally present throughout the wedding festivities. Dressed in elegant yet striking outfits, she greeted the paparazzi pre and post all the functions – from mehndi to the wedding ceremony. Here’s she posing with a part of her fam-jam Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Rima Jain, and Nitasha Nanda.
Kareena Kapoor Khan attended the festivities dressed in a stunning pink Manish Malhotra saree with a sleeveless blouse and paired it with statement jewellery set including a maangtika. She was accompanied by her ‘tigers’ Saif Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan, and Jehangir Ali Khan.
Ranbir’s elder sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, who we spotted by Neetu Kapoor’s side throughout the wedding, was present with her husband Bharat Sahni and daughter Samara. Riddhima looked gorgeous in a hand-embroidered beige lehenga-choli set enhanced with gold mirror zardozi work; paired with a cape stole.
Ranbir’s cousin Karisma Kapoor looked nothing short of a royal in a white saree with vibrant floral embroidery. She matched her saree with an orange blouse and a show-stopping hair accessory.
Is it even a Kapoor wedding without their family friend KJo? Filmmaker, producer, and entrepreneur Karan Johar posted a selfie with the newly weds on his Instagram profile post the wedding ceremony.
Kareena posted an Instagram story from the wedding venue, showing off her sister-in-law Anissa Jain, who is the wife of actor and entrepreneur Armaan Jain. “My Aniss with her boo,” she captioned it and the photo also featured baby Jeh.
Alia’s mother Soni Razdan along with husband Mahesh Bhatt was present at Vastu for the wedding. The veteran actor looked a happy mother dressed in an elegant Manish Malhotra outfit in keeping with the ivory gold theme.
A selfie on Riddhima’s Instagram showed Alia’s sister Shaheen and her stepsiblings Pooja and Rahul Bhatt brimming with joy on this happy occasion.
‘Brahmastra’ director and Alia-Ranbir’s BFF Ayan Banerji was also spotted at the ceremony. Here’s him posing for a selfie with Riddhima.
Karisma and Kareena’s father, and Ranbir eldest uncle, Randhir Kapoor blessed the star couple. Kareena posted a photo of him and Ranbir together.
