INGREDIENTS
For Moong Dal Mungore
2 cups yellow split gram
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp chopped ginger
3-4 chopped green chillies
pinch of asafoetida
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped coriander
salt to taste
oil for frying
3-4 tbsp gram flour
pinch of baking soda
For Suran Ki Chutney
4-5 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 chopped green chillies
1 ½ cup boiled and diced yam
2 tbsp tamarind pulp
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
8-10 raisins
water as required
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
For Angoor Chutney
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp carom seeds
1 cup jaggery
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
water as required
1 cup chopped grapes
2 tbsp chaat masala
PREPARATION
- For moong dal mungore, grind the soaked moong dal and then add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, a pinch of asafoetida, chopped onion, chopped coriander and salt to it, mix well and keep aisde.

- For suran ki chutney, heat mustard oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, boiled and diced yam, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder, salt and raisins, and mix well.

- Add water to the suran chutney and grind it in a mixie. Take out the chutney in a bowl and add lemon juice to it.

- For angoor ki chutney, heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, carom seeds, jaggery, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, water, and chopped grapes and cook till the grapes soften.

- Add gram flour and pinch of baking soada to the mungore batter and deep fry the mungores.

- Add chaat masala to the angoor chutney and remove the chutney in a bowl.

- Place the mungore on a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve them with suran ki chutney and angoor ki chutney.
